Spicy Kelly Hu
Kelly Hu also worked in Japan. In Italy, she became well known as the star of a series of ads for Philadelphia brand cream cheese with a role as a young Japanese college student named Kaori. Hu went to Los Angeles and started her acting career in 1987 on the sitcom Growing Pains with a guest starring role as Mike Seaver's Hawaiian love interest. Hu went on to appear on TV with series such as Night Court, Tour of Duty, 21 Jump Street, and Melrose Place, and her first movie role in "Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan" as one of Jason's victims.
In 1995, Kelly Hu starred in the movie "No Way Back" as an undercover police officer. This movie became her stepping stone towards a new career direction in action adventure roles. She was then cast on Sunset Beach in 1997. In 1997 to 1998, she was cast in the television series Nash Bridges, and in 1998 to 2000, in the series Martial Law. Kelly Hu also appeared in the movie "The Scorpion King" in 2002, "Cradle 2 the Grave" and "X2" in 2003. Kelly Hu has been featured twice in Maxim magazine from May 2002 and May 2005.
