Cute Ha Ji Won

Ha Ji Won whose real name is Jeon Hae Rim or Hae-Rim Jeon, was born on June 28, 1979, in Seoul, South Korea. She is a popular South Korean actress who made fame with both TV dramas and big screen movies. Ha Ji Won is also a singer, but her singing career is far less outstanding than her acting. In 2003, she released her only music album, Homerun, which achieved decent success.

Ha Ji Won started her career playing supporting roles in low-budget television productions before her breakthrough in 2000 with her debut movie “Jinshil Game” internationally known as “Truth Game,” which won her best newcomer at the Grand Bell Awards.

In 2002, Ha Ji Won had her breakthrough role as the lead in the horror film “Phone,” earning her a best actress nomination at the Blue Dragon Film Awards. Ha Ji Won became popular, and since then has gone on to make films like the “Sex Is Zero, Reversal of Fortune” and more recently, “100 Days with Mr. Arrogant.” She became famous internationally with the TV drama “Damo” in 2003.
